Do I reach out to the peer reviewers?

This will be up to your supervisor. The expectation is that the person responsible for the program review will identify 3 to 4 reviewers using the peer institution list. The proposed reviewers will be sent to your supervisor who will identify the reviewer they will reach out to. The individual with budget authority will decide on the honorarium for the reviewer. They will also communicate the desired timeline for completion. Upon reviewer acceptance, the person responsible will communicate with the reviewer and provide all necessary materials for the review and be their point of contact through the process.
